After securing their Series B funding, Safewill entered an exciting phase of hyper-growth. In order to achieve their ambitious goals, they needed to scale, fast! Safewill partnered with Solve for our deep tech -expertise and consultative approach – the perfect solution to match their needs

The challenge

Safewill faced big growth plans, especially across their tech and product teams. With internal recruitment at max capacity and a Head of People spinning many plates they faced several roadblocks:

• Interview processes weren’t aligned across teams.

• Hiring leaders were stretched thin, juggling recruitment alongside their core responsibilities.  

• A growing list of hard-to-fill roles, with no time to fill them.

• Ran a deep-dive discovery into the hiring process. Our team consulted with hiring leaders to rework and streamline the interview process, define what good looks like and implement interview best practices.

• Prepared detailed marketing mapping for six critical, niche roles, complete with competitor analysis reports.

• Delivered process improvements and enabled smarter, faster decision-making.

• Introduced premium sourcing tools and implemented an ATS to elevate the candidate experience.

• Made critical hires, including a new Chief Product Officer, Senior Software Engineers, Product Managers, and many more.
