As Australia’s leading broadcast network, Seven Network (part of Seven West Media), reaches more than 19 million people a month. To retain its market-leading presence in content production across broadcast television, publishing and within a growing digital market, Seven needed efficient access to top talent across all areas of the business.

With 250+ roles to fill per year and no dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) function, Seven Network was missing out on millions of dollars’ worth of cost savings and productivity gains.
